We know that enjoying the outdoors often goes hand in hand with having your dog by your side. That’s why we warmly welcome well-behaved canine companions into our centres and outdoor seating areas, as long as our guidelines are followed.
Pet Policy
Dogs and other pets are welcome in our garden centres. To ensure an enjoyable visit for you, your companion, and all our customers, we simply ask that you follow our guidelines below.
Dog Policy
Well behaved dogs and pets are permitted within our garden centres and our outside seating areas within our cafe garden and terrace. We have created special undercover heated seating areas for you and your pet to enjoy.
We ask that your dog is always kept on their leash.
Dogs and Pets are not permitted in the Foodhall areas.
Dedicated ‘Dog Drinking Stations’ are situated within our Garden Centres.
We of course also ask that you clean up after your dog or pet, this is the owner’s responsibility. We do sell a range of poop bags if you forget yours!
Recognised Assistance Dogs are permitted to accompany their owners in all areas.
