How It Works
Collect points each time you shop at Palmers Garden Centre and Cafe 1911, both online and in-store. Earn 2.5 points for every £1 spent on qualifying purchases. Once you’ve accumulated enough points, simply redeem them for discounts on your next shopping trip at Palmers Enderby or Palmers Ullesthorpe and enjoy access to exclusive deals.

How to Join
Joining the Palmers Reward App is quick and simple! Just download our app straight to your mobile and follow the instructions. If you need help, don’t hesitate to visit us in-store and our team will be happy to support so you can start earning points straight away.


Already a rewards card holder?
If you are a current rewards card holder, all you need to do is download the app and sign in using your existing reward card email address to receive a free hot drink at Cafe 1911. Your physical card will still work during a short transition period, but for the best experience (and that free coffee!), we recommend switching to the app today.

- I have a card already, can i log into my old account and redeem my points?
- Yes, if you use your previously linked email address, you should be able log into the same account however now with great access to offers, discounts and more. Any issues or queries, please speak to the Welcome Desk’s at our centres who will be able to help.
- Will my new account link to my points?
- Yes, provided the email address you used to log in is the same as your card account.
- Can I use multiple discounts and offers on one payment?
- You can use multiple discounts and offers at the till on one transaction. In the café, if you and another app member would like to redeem your free hot drink, this must be done on two separate transactions as it is only one hot drink offer per transaction.
- How do I download the app?
- Please click the links above or go into the app store / google play store to download the Palmers Rewards App.
- Can I still use my card?
- Yes you can, however you will not get access to the offers and discounts like with the app.
- Will I instantly get the offers upon download?
- Yes. In some cases it will take 15 minutes for the system to fully sync following registration.
- How do i redeem the offers?
- Simply scan the barcode on the app linked to the offer.
- How do the points work?
- Members will earn 2.5 points per full pound spent in the café and garden centre per qualifying spend, unless otherwise stated.
Terms & Conditions:
- These terms and conditions are applicable across the entire scheme and any participation is considered as acceptance.
- Members are only entitled to one reward members account (app or card) each (per email address) Palmers reserves the right to refuse, merge or close additional accounts at any time.
- Members must register their personal details and keep Palmers informed of any changes. Palmers cannot be held responsible for any loss of points or as a result of out-of-date details.
- The reward account, in whatever form, is not transferable, cannot be copied and can only be used by the member who is named and registered for the account.
Reward apps and cards remain the responsibility of the member, as do any security details relating to the account. Palmers cannot be held responsible for any loss arising from the member failing to ensure the safe-keeping of these items. - Reward points can only be used for purchases from Palmers Garden Centre and Palmers Café and not at any concessions on site at Palmers Enderby or Ullesthorpe.
- Members can choose to leave the scheme at any time. By leaving the scheme members forfeit the right to any points already accrued.
- Members must present their reward app or card at the checkout in order to collect or redeem points for a transaction in store. Members who forget to do this may have their points added manually up to 14 days after the transaction upon production of a valid receipt, providing the receipt belongs to the claiming member and is based on their personal spend. Points may only be claimed for up to two receipts per day.
- Members cannot collect points on purchases made through phone or online transaction.
- Members will earn 2.5 points per full pound spent in the café and garden centre per qualifying spend, unless otherwise stated.
To be awarded points, members must spend above a certain amount on qualifying products in a single transaction. The number of points awarded may change and will vary depending on the products bought, the amount spent and where the transaction takes place. - Points will not be awarded for non-qualifying products, including, but not limited to vouchers, event tickets and in store concessions. Other products may also be excluded from the scheme at the discretion of Palmers.
11. Palmers may set a limit on the number of times points may be awarded for promotional items on which additional points are available. Individual promotions may have different limits as communicated in their purchase conditions. Any participation in promotional offers above and beyond what could objectively be considered consumer behaviour or personal use may be considered as abuse of the scheme.
12. Palmers is entitled to remove points at any time if products are returned for any reason and a full or partial refund of the purchase price is given. This also applies to the exchange of products, unless the exchange is for products with an equivalent point value.
13. Points awarded at the time of the transaction or vouchers already issued may be removed or cancelled if Palmers determines that the points were collected in breach of these terms and conditions or were awarded in error. For the avoidance of doubt, any advice or actions of our staff that is contrary to these terms and conditions will not have the effect of changing these terms and conditions.
14. Palmers is under no obligation to award points for any reason outside of qualifying transactions.
15. The current qualifying threshold is 100 points, anything below 100 points will remain on your account and any points converted.
16. Points have no monetary value. The current conversion value of points to money off is one point equals one penny.
17. If an automatic voucher is generated from the points in the app, then the voucher must be used in full in one purchase.
