Palmers Garden Centre is a great place to bring the whole family.  Browse our extensive range of indoor and outdoor plants, gardening tools, furniture, barbeques, stoneware, water features, gifts and much much more.

There’s a play area for the children and whilst you’re here why not relax in The Greenhouse Café and try our fresh, home cooked food for breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea.

Palmers was originally founded as a nursery in 1911 by George and Julia Palmer.  It is now run by the fourth generation of Palmers; Caroline and Robert (Great Grandchildren of the founder).  Our rapid development and attention to detail over the last few years has turned us into an award winning garden centre (for two years running).
